I had a hard time with this one... I think I was rushed, wasn't focusing & wasn't really getting the deconstruction of it all... I think I might do it a bit unconsciously, but when trying too hard, it just didn't 'flow'.
I felt exactly the same was as Sharon. It is something I tend to do when I am "in the zone," but when I tried to force it, I was dissatisfied with the result.
